Primrose and Oak Tree Cottages provide beautiful accommodation in a converted Devon long barn, ideal for a relaxing Devon holiday.  We are within easy access of the North Devon and Cornwall coastline, perfect for walking, surfing or just enjoying time at the beach.  Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin National Parks are also within easy reach.

Situated in a rural location surrounded by tranquil gardens, we offer a peaceful retreat which  also has the benefit of being well situated for exploring both Devon and Cornwall.  Our expansive gardens offer plenty of places to sit and relax, enjoy nature or just listen to our babbling stream.  At night,  you can enjoy some star gazing with our dark skies, as well as spot the odd owl or two swooping around most evenings.

The cottages are comfortably appointed with full central heating, free wi-fi, ample free parking and we also accept well- behaved dogs on request (small additional charge applies).

A warm welcome awaits you as we live on-site and are happy to help with any recommendations etc, but our house is very separate from the holiday cottages and your privacy is our priority.  We are very proud of all our outstanding reviews and are delighted to welcome back many repeat visitors every year.
