Primrose and Oak Tree cottages provide beautiful accommodation in a converted Devon long barn, with easy access to the North Devon and Cornwall coast, Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks.

Situated in a rural location surrounded by peaceful gardens, both of our cottages are available year-round.  Our expansive gardens offer plenty of places to relax, enjoy nature and listen to the babbling stream.  At night you can enjoy the dark skies as well as spot the odd owl or two swooping around most evenings.

The cottages have full central heating and double glazing making them warm and cosy for breaks in the cooler months, as well as for summer stays.  We offer free wi-fi, ample free parking and we accept well- behaved dogs on request (extra charge applies).
