There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the property.

Check in Between 16.00 and 23.45 - Check out by 09.30.

Children of all ages welcome.

No stag or hen parties.

No parties are permitted.

The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.

In making the booking you accept responsibilty for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result.
- We or our representative reserve the right to enter the cottage at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.

We accept no liability for any accident or injury to any guest or visitor. In addition, we accept no liability for any loss or damage to guests’ or visitors’ vehicles or belongings.

Guest numbers must not exceed that stated on the booking form.

An additional trundle bed is available for a child under 12 years old (small additional charge).

Our prices are inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and baby equipment.

Visits by non-residents are by arrangement with the owners.

Each cottage has its own free designated parking space. If you have two vehicles or more with you, please let us know so we can make additional arrangements if required.
- Pet Stays: We accept well-behaved dogs (charges apply) but please do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs. Owners need to provide their own pet bedding. All dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatments. Pets are not be left unattended in the cottages.
