Covid-19 Security
Our self-catering cottages are ideal to maintain social distancing, with their own private entrances, self check-in and private facilities. The safety of our guests and staff is paramount, and during the Covid-19 pandemic we have introduced a range of additional safety precautions :
- Self check in and check out
- Covid -19 cleaning standards - each cottage is cleaned and disinfected using a virucidal disinfectant which kills viruses.
Hand sanitiser is available on entrance to cottages.
We have extended the time between changeovers to allow for deep cleaning and ventilation (9.30am - 4pm) with early check in and late check out suspended for the time being.
Superfluous soft furnishings such as cushions and bed runners/throws have been removed.
Anti-bacterial hand wash provided at kitchen sinks and bathrooms.
Only essential maintenance can be undertaken during a guest stay.
Guests are asked to air the properties on departure and strip beds placing bedding in plastic box.
Guests are required to notify us of any Covid-19 symptoms before, during and after their stay.
We are monitoring and reviewing the situation regularly and if needed, will implement any changes that are required to ensure optimum hygiene and safety.

We appreciate booking a holiday during the current climate is not an easy task, so we have reviewed our cancellation policy to give you peace of mind.
We will not currently take any deposits on booking, however a debit/credit card will be taken to secure your booking.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, full charges will apply.
However, should your cancellation be as a result of Covid-19 or any government restrictions your booking can be transferred or refunded if preferred.
